Wellbeing Journal: One month journey
Do you need to focus on your wellbeing? Are you short on time but know this needs to be a priority? Take part in this one month easy to follow wellbeing journey and at the the end you will have your very own wellbeing toolkit to take forward naturally into your daily routine. This will include a foundational set of daily intentions, self care methods that work for you and an understanding of your go to activities that make you feel great!
Overview:
Over the period of one month you will go on a journey to start and foster wellbeing practices to take forward into your daily routine. You will take a few minutes in the morning and evening to complete your daily log, and at the end of each week take some time to review your daily entries, answer the questions listed and consider what made you feel really good and how you can take that into the next week to make it even greater.
At the end of your one month wellbeing journey, you will take time to read back your daily and weekly entries and spend time reflecting on what
intentions worked well for you, which self care methods you enjoyed the most, what lifted you and made you feel good, and what you learnt about yourself.
You will finish the journey strong by making commitments to yourself about the practices you want to take forward into your daily routines.
