Are you at a transitional stage in your life, are you feeling lost, disconnected and seeking to rediscover who you are? Together we will work to help you to go on a journey of rediscovery.

Overview of the program

This is a four-week group coaching program where we will work to help you to gain clarity on your goals, identify the obstacles that are stopping you, challenge and transform these and come up with a powerful action plan to get back in the driving seat and become a master of your own destiny. This will be delivered through a mix of mediums including but not limited to:

 

• Kick-off call: We will connect on the first Monday, run through the program and get acquainted.

• Weekly emails and videos: Delivered to your inbox with learning and exercises around that week’s topic, You can watch and complete these in your own time during the week, ready to discuss or continue of the weekly live call.

• 4 x weekly live zoom group sessions: These will run at 6pm UK time on Thursdays (to cover multiple time zones)

• Facebook group: This will be a closed group and used for posts, updates, questions and allow for added accountability as we all connect and support each other through some of those inevitable wobbles or setbacks that so often throw us off track.

 

Result

With the expert and friendly guidance of Toni-Marie, you will gain a deeper understanding of yourself, understand where you find energy and joy and learn how to make incremental changes that can have a huge impact on the rest of your life.
