Toni-Marie founded TMC in January 2024, bringing over two decades of expertise in Corporate HR, Learning & Development, and Talent Management. Her career, marked by innovation and impact, has earned her a reputation as a transformative leader in the L&D space. With an extensive background in leading Corporate Global Early Career Programs, Toni-Marie has successfully managed large-scale change initiatives designed to drive engagement and foster alignment across the business. From centralizing programs to securing leadership engagement, cultivating manager buy-in, and aligning start dates, her strategic approach ensures seamless execution and measurable results. She excels at conceptualizing and designing bespoke programs, as well as orchestrating complex events across multiple countries, her ability to deliver truly impactful experiences is unparalleled.
Her impressive portfolio includes multi-day programs across the US, including Las Vegas, Orlando, and Atlanta, engaging 2,000+ employees, as well as bespoke events for 50 to 250 participants across Europe and Aisa. Toni-Marie has multiple partnerships with AV and Media Experts, Event Production Teams, Facilitators, and Entertainment Partners to ensure every event is not just well executed but genuinely unforgettable. She thrives on crafting enhanced experiences that participants carry with them throughout their careers.
